A few miles to the South is a new Wal-mart Supercenter, Backyard Burger, Scottrade, Cingular Wireless, and a Walgreens, with more available suites for other stores. Starbucks is opening in this area in about a month with another possibly in the works at the Promenade and another opening across from Scottsdale Center.
